Ok everyone, after talking with a member of TLS clan, I asked him why FEAR was banned from their servers. He asked Col. Sanders and found out, according to their admin, they had banned a clan called "R." or something like that, so when we tried to enetr, our tags have that same lettering in it, so we were getting kicked. They changed it and said we should be able to join now without any problems.
